I’ve been eating better than ever, instilling healthy habits now. I am creating you, I know and I love this, but I am also creating me. Already mirrored.
The past 2 weeks I had a vague feeling that I’d been dreaming of bleeding or having blood in my underwear but I couldn’t remember the specifics. Last night I actually remembered my dream—- loren and I were in the bathroom casually talking and I went to wipe after peeing, revealing blood. I remember telling him in a somewhat worried tone just before waking. From what I’ve read it’s nothing to be nervous about, and with my body producing double the blood, it may just be a reflection of that or of any anxieties.
With my hand on my belly, I find peace.
Lots of meditation, lots of naps.
Lots of fruits and veggies and laughs and love.
